How a Polad door comes together

The frame
Timber stiles and rails are cut and joined into a rigid frame.

The core
A core fills the frame to keep the door flat, strong and light.

The back face
The first face is bonded on, in the finish you chose or a plain backing.

The front face
Wood-grain print, veneer or high gloss, pressed flat and trimmed to size.

Hardware and checks
Hinges and your handle are fitted, then every door is checked against your drawing.
